On an outback farm that's seen hard times, a single mum and her three kids struggle to keep their life together. With Dad recently passed away and Mum slowly losing the plot, it is 14-year-old Hazel who shoulders the burden, managing the failing farm and keeping her younger siblings from careering completely off the rails. They all suspect there won't be much Christmas joy this year, but when a strange man dressed as Santa Claus crashes a van full of toys onto their property, their world is turned upside down in ways they could never have imagined..

又土又傻，前面一直都很不错，拍到最后十五二十分钟傻的太牵强了，那场打斗戏干脆拍成了≪小鬼当家≫。但傻得真可爱。是圣诞季适合阖家欢看的童话。
老套而无聊，整个剧情从开始就可以猜到结尾，喜剧的部分也极为牵强，用小孩儿故意强行搞笑，段子还是那些老段子，没有新意。尤其是那个风车，从中间的重新立起来，但最后的坏人站在其下，要是还猜不出来下一步要演什么，那还真是难为观众了。
还不错的影片，佩服男主忽悠两个小孩的能力，最后结尾有点牵强，无论怎么说还是相当于他们发了笔小财。
